Job responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for conversion and maintenance work for overseas property investment clients (primary investment country is the UK);
2. Mainly responsible for post-purchase client operations, including but not limited to follow-up on rental management and furniture delivery;
3. Liaising with UK law firms and mortgage institutions, following up on all paperwork and phone communications after purchase to facilitate smooth completion;
4. Maintaining good client relationships, responsible for client reception and consultation, deeply exploring client investment needs;
5. Assisting department documentation, translating property projects, optimising product presentations to better showcase our services and projects to clients;
6. Cooperating with department head to complete other tasks.
Position requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; overseas study experience or English major preferred;
2. Able to work in English and Cantonese, with English proficiency at CET Level Six or equivalent or above. Relevant English qualifications are required, including but not limited to CET Level Six, TEM Level Four, TEM Level Eight, IELTS or TOEFL;
3. More than one year of working experience; customer sales, investment or real estate industry experience preferred;
4. Good professional ethics, honest and trustworthy, proactive and careful, strong sense of responsibility, good execution and stress resistance, strong communication skills;
5. Strong customer service awareness, able to handle multitasking.

Job responsibilities:
1: Responsible for operating multiple platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and official accounts; writing copy or scripts; producing high-quality graphic or video content to increase exposure and gain precise followers.
2: Drive traffic through new media platforms, identify precise potential business customers, obtain customer leads, and convert them into private domain; proactively follow up with customers to assist conversion colleagues in completing business contracts.
3: Around company business, seek cooperation channels online via new media platforms, conduct preliminary business talks with potential partners, guide them to recommend clients, and assist marketing colleagues in completing cooperation agreements.
4: Aim to continuously obtain precise business customer leads and be responsible for the number of converted customers.
5: Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Position requirements:
1: Requires experience in new media customer acquisition; natural traffic attraction preferred (pure paid traffic acquisition not considered).
2: Good internet sense, heavy user of Xiaohongshu.
3: Good communication skills, adept at uncovering customer needs and directly addressing customer pain points.
4: Good information retrieval and learning ability, responsible and self-driven, results-oriented.
